Sigma Pi moved into the 330 N. Harrison house during the summer of 2006. In the spring of 2007, through the support of our alumni we purchased the property (located a short walk from Brody Complex); among the biggest and nicest on campus, living up to 50 brothers and over 11,800 sq.ft. We offer an in-house weight room, an outdoor sand volleyball court, a huge outdoor backyard deck, a study lounge, wireless internet and cable in every room, a projection HDTV, a pool table, a foosball table, a horseshoe pit, a full basement with a sound system used for parties and a kitchen used for brotherhood and sorority dinners. New members even have the opportunity to live in the chapter house as early as their sophomore year!
There are many advantages to our chapter house, making it among the best in the entire Greek Community to live in off campus. While living in the fraternity house, Sigma Pi brothers will encounter experience that they will never forget.The fraternity house is an environment where members learn to live together, while teaching the true spirit of brotherhood! Each new member of Sigma Pi is required to live in the chapter house after their pledge period while attending Michigan State University. There are many positive attributes and features of the fraternity house that one can experience while living in. They are: : A close-knit brotherhood The 330 N.
